Hudson Styling Co. is the first Aveda Lifestyle salon in Detroit. The new 1,600-square-foot salon is in Elton Park’s Robertson Building, at 1400 W. Elizabeth Street, at the corner of Eighth street.

Owned by Detroit native Rikki Hudson, the Hudson Styling Co. is a full-service salon and spa, offering professional services in hair, skin, and make-up. Hudson will offer natural hair care services for all hair types and textures, plus hair coloring, cuts, formal styling, braiding, hair extensions, and more. The salon also offers facial aesthetic services like brow and lash enhancements, make up, waxing and facials. In total, Hudson has 10 styling stations and one room for esthiology services.

Hudson Styling Co. includes an Aveda Retail Experience Center, selling the complete line of Aveda products. All products are 100 percent vegan, and the salon will function with zero waste.
